All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.3 Order Confirmation

After payment confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Camping Gear Central.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship to adventurers globally, excluding some remote areas in Asia. If you are located in an area we cannot service, we will notify you during checkout.

4.2 Shipping Methods and Timelines

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate fee of $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays. You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once the carrier takes possession of your order, risk of loss or damage passes to you. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy Overview

We want you to have gear that fits your adventure. If something isn’t right, here’s our process:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of Purchase: Order number or confirmation email required.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Hydration products (water bladders, bottles)
• Sleeping bags & mats/swags removed from original sealed packaging
• Customized, used, damaged, or non-original condition items
• Items marked “Final Sale” or on clearance

5.3 Return Process

1. Initiate Request: Contact customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery.
2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and instructions.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack items with original packaging, include order confirmation, and write RMA number on the box.
4. Inspection: We inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt.
5. Resolution: Refunds are processed to the original payment method; exchanges are shipped once return is approved.

5.4 Refunds

After return approval, please allow 5-10 business days for refund processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied and the returned items bring the order below $50, the shipping value may be deducted from your refund.

5.5 International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Returns must be sent to our US-based returns center at the address provided with your RMA. Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency.

6. User Responsibilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camping Gear Central shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
